The Magistrates' Court in Carlisle
A 31-year-old man was today due to appear before magistrates to face 13 allegations of engaging in sexual activity with a child.
Charles Peyman, who now lives in Hull, East Yorkshire, is accused of committing the offences in Penrith between January 1, 2013 and September 10, 2015
The allegations can only be dealt with by a circuit judge and so it was sent to Carlisle Crown Court.
Peyman will appear there on August 26.
