A young man seen performing a sex act on a riverside footpath in Carlisle near a music festival is being hunted by police.
It was reported by a woman dog walker at about 6pm last Friday, on a path that was just a few hundred yards from the new Milecastle 66 festival in the city's Bitts Park.
Police have now issued an appeal for anybody who can help identify the man.
He was aged about 19, 5ft 7ins tall, with dirty blond and scruffy hair beneath a blue hooded top, a jacket with a zip-up front and baggy blue jeans.
When last seen the man was running off in the direction of the Sheepmount bridge.
If you can help police identify the man call 101, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
