Excited West Cumbria pizza-lovers eagerly queued for a first and free taste.
The new Domino's Pizza branch, on Tangier Street, Whitehaven officially opened at 4pm offered the first 100 people through its doors a free pizza to celebrate.
Hungry people stretched around the corner from the store as they waited for the chance to get their hands on a pizza.
Domino's has taken over part of the building formerly occupied by the Ali-Taj restaurant, which closed in January.
