An earthquake was recorded in Cumbria this morning.
The British Geological Survey say the quake struck near Aspatria shortly after 10.30am.
It measured in at 1.7 on the Richter scale at a depth of 4km.
The epicentre was just off the A595 at Fletchertown, about four miles east of Aspatria.
