Drivers told to expect delays in north Cumbria
Police are warning drivers in north Cumbria that their journeys this afternoon may be affected by a slow-moving abnormal load being transported through the area.
The load is being escorted along the A69 towards Carlisle, travelling too along the A689 Carlisle airport road before leaving the M6 north at junction 45.
There will be a number of similar loads along the same route over the coming days, apart from Saturday.
