Shoppers and staff in a Cumbrian supermarket were evacuated after a fire scare.
A spokeswoman for Morrisons confirmed that one of the fire alarms was activated in its Workington store at about 1.50pm today.
The store was fully evacuated and a crew from Workington fire station responded.
Firefighters explored the supermarket and ruled that it was safe to re-enter.
The store is now trading as normal.
