A 27-year-old man was flown to hospital from a Lake District peak after complaining of chest pains.

He was taken from Red Pike, near Buttermere, by air ambulance to the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle.

The man was assessed by the ambulance's paramedic and the team's doctor before being transferred to hospital.
