Last updated at 11:41, Wednesday, 31 December 2008
A tiny Solway village has become the centre of a lingerie riddle after 14 bras were randomly delivered to residents homes.
Villagers in Port Carlisle woke to the find the mysterious hot pink underwear had been distributed overnight.
Today they were trying to piece together information to work out who might have carried out the prank.
Dougie Hill, owner of the Hope and Anchor Inn said: “It is the talk of the pub.
“No one has any idea where they came from, it's hilarious.”
