Cumbrian youngsters invited to Super League camp

LOCAL youngsters are being invited to learn to play rugby ‘The Wigan Way’ when the DW Stadium outfit’s community foundation visits Cumbria for a trio of July summer camps.

The Super League champions and Challenge Cup holders are aiming to share their expertise in all areas of the game throughout each of the three days.

The Warriors will be in Kells (July 21), Egremont (July 22) and Maryport (July 23), from 9am-3pm during their stay.

Youngsters between the ages of six and 16 are invited along, and bookings can be made, for £20 per camp, at wiganwarriors.com or by telephoning 0871 66 33 552.

The double champions provide an excellent opportunity full of fun and quality for players and enthusiasts of all levels of ability to learn the skills of key players such as club captain Sean O’Loughlin in an undoubtedly winning fashion.
