Cumbrian mum on arson charge

A mum has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life after a fire at her home in Workington.
Deborah Ann Donald, 34, of Wastwater Avenue, is also charged with perverting the course of justice.
She is due to appear before magistrates at West Cumbria Court this morning.
Fire crews were called to the three-bedroom semi-detached house just after 4am on Tuesday.
The fire was started at the front door of the property.
Police and fire investigators spent hours at the house hunting for clues and issued an urgent appeal for witnesses.
