A man accused of fitting cameras in bathrooms to spy on women is to go on trial at Carlisle Crown Court.
Mark Klein, 45, of Charles Street, St Aidans, Carlisle, denies a charge of voyeurism between January 1 and April 30, installing equipment for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
He also denies inciting an underage girl to engage in sexual activity between April 23 and 30, and sexual touching of a girl on April 24.
Klein is also charged with failing to comply with a requirement of the sex offenders’ register but did not enter any plea to that charge.
He appeared before magistrates in Carlisle yesterday and the case was adjourned to Crown Court for trial on June 4.
