Carlisle court: Boy, 15, admits heroin conspiracy charge

A boy of 15 has admitted conspiring with other people to supply class A drugs.

The teenager was one of four people who appeared at Carlisle Crown Court following a police operation at Tebay on November 21 last year.

He pleaded guilty to conspiring “together and with others” to supply heroin.

So did Carl Filby, 19, of Webster Crescent, Carlisle, and 22-year-old Jonathan James O’Neil, who also comes from Carlisle but has no fixed address.

O’Neil also pleaded guilty to possessing the class B drug cannabis for his own use.

He was remanded in custody to await sentence. The three others were allowed bail.
