A leading Cumbrian motor group has been recognised for its aftersales care of customers with a prestigious award.
Lloyd BMW Motorrad Carlisle won the BMW Motorrad Aftersales Retailer of the Year accolade chosen by customers and presented by BMW at a conference in London.
Anthony Connelly, head of business for Lloyd Bikes, said: "This award is a reflection of the team’s emphasis on the customer journey, that when you purchase a bike from us you become part of the family.
"I would like to thank the entire team for all their hard work during a challenging but very rewarding couple of years.
"We also finished in second place nationally as overall retailer of the year.’’
The aftersales team is made up of Stephen Jackson, Chris Messenger, Sammy Noble and Brenan Cooper.
