Nuclear engineering company Nuvia has won the engineering services sector and fleet safety gold awards from Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) for 2017.

This is the second consecutive year the firm - with offices in Seascale and Moor Row - has taken the engineering services title.

It comes following a competitive submission against companies from across the the UK. The gold medal for fleet safety, is non-competitive and presented to organisations sustaining high safety standards for fleet vehicles and drivers.

Nuvia will be presented with its awards during a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham tomorrow (Wednesday)
