The Cumberland to be sponsors

THE Cumberland Building Society has been named official sponsor of the Community Involvement category of the CN Group Business Awards 2008.
The category recognises the positive impact businesses can have on the wider community. Entries include Carrs Bredmaker, the Silloth-based flour miller.
The CN Group Awards are run by CN Group, owner and publisher of the News & Star.
They aim to celebrate the achievements of businesses and individuals throughout Cumbria. Entry is free and there is a category to suit any type of business. Closing date for entries is August 7.
