Biker dies in Carlisle hospital after colliding with cow

A motorcyclist who died in hospital after colliding with a cow on a country road has been named.
He was Keith Thomas Graham, 45, of East End, Kirkbampton, near Carlisle.
A family statement said: "Keith was loved, respected and admired by all who knew him. Never will there be a man who is more sorely missed, not just by the family but by an entire community of people.
“It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to a man who brought so much joy and laughter to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
“Goodbye Keith, we all love you so very much x.”
Mr Graham was riding his black Aprilia Tuono motorbike when he was in collision with the cow between Burgh-by-Sands and Boustead Hill at 7.10pm last Tuesday.
He died in the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, yesterday.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
Anyone who saw it should call Sergeant Jo Lennox in the Roads Policing Unit on 101.
The cow was destroyed after the accident.

Got to know Keith(the fox) when the C.B. was on the go, had many a laugh down the river at Cargo. Just saw him a little while ago at the Rickerby Show telling me he was going out on the raz with Tuker.
Devasating for all his family he was a good person always with a smile. I'm so sorry for their loss xxxxx
