A woman was airlifted to hospital after suffering serious injuries when she fell off the back of a motorcycle.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service was called to Longtown at 3.05pm on Sunday to reports a female pillion passenger, believed to be in her 60s, had sustained significant chest and back injuries.
She was flown to the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle. The flight took 20 minutes and she arrived in a stable condition.
