Residents in Cumbria are being told to brace themselves for more potential flooding today as flood warnings and alerts remain in place across the county.
Although today is expected to be drier than yesterday, several flood alerts and warnings from the Environment Agency.
Flood warnings (second highest level):
- River Eden at Carlisle, Rickerby Park, Swifts and Stoneyholme golf courses
- River Eden at Low Crosby, Eden Golf Course area
- Keswick Campsite
Flood alerts (lowest warning level):
Lower river Eden
Middle river Eden (Lazonby area)
Rivers Brathay, Rothay and Winster (Windermere area)
Rivers Kent and Bela (Kendal area)
Rivers Cocker, Marron and Derwent (Cockermouth area)
Rivers Duddon, Crake and Mill Beck (Broughton-in-Furness area)
Upper River Derwent, Stonethwaite Beck and Derwent Water (south of Keswick)
