Trains have returned to normal after an earlier broken down train caused delays.
Virgin Trains between Glasgow Central and London Euston, which call at Carlisle, Penrith and Oxenholme, were affected by the disruption, as are TransPennine services between Glasgow and Manchester Airport, CrossCountry and ScotRail trains.
A train broke down near Uddington earlier today but it has now been moved.
