Motorists face delays on one of the busiest routes into Carlisle - because of more temporary traffic lights.
Roadworks have been taking place all around the city throughout the summer.
The most recent arrival saw the erection of temporary traffic lights outside the former Caldew Hospital, in Dalston Road, this morning.
Anyone heading into the city along the route face long delays.
