The top 20 hotspots in Allerdale for on-street parking fines have been revealed.
Gray Street in Workington tops the list, with Cumbria County Council parking attendants handing out 280 fines on that street alone between April 2016 and March this year.
In second place was Main Street, Cockermouth, where 249 parking tickets were issued, with Finkle Street, Workington, coming in third with 248.

John Street, Workington - 128
Portinscale to Grange-in-Borrowdale road - 126

Corporation Road, Workington - 114
Station Street, Keswick - 113
Station Street, Cockermouth - 112
Central Way, Workington - 101
Borrowdale Road, Keswick - 88
Vulcans Lane, Workington - 76
Hartington Street, Workington - 72
Roper Street, Workington - 71
Harrington Road, Workington - 69.
A total of 5,702 penalty charge notices were issued in the district over the year, down from 5,833 in 2015/16.
The county council is responsible for on-street parking regulation. It does not deal with off-street car parks.
