Electricity has been restored to all of the 3,000 homes affected by a power cut in north Cumbria.
At its peak, north Carlisle, Brampton and surrounding villages were affected.
Electricity North West said engineers were sent straight to the scene to identify the cause.
Roughly 3,000 properties in the CA4, CA6 and CA8 areas were initially affected.
Power was then restored to all but 180 properties, mainly in the Westlinton area.
All supplies have now been restored.
We're sorry about the #PowerCut affecting #Westlinton #CA6 we aim to restore power by 15:00. Thank you for your patience. Ty.
