Transport police are investigating after a woman urinated on a train heading towards west Cumbria from Carlisle.
Officers from the British Transport Police were called about a "disruptive passenger" during a journey between Carlisle and Workington last Saturday night, about 9pm.
Officers attended but the woman had left the train at Aspatria railway station.
A BTP spokesman said: "During the incident, the woman urinated in the train vestibule area."
They added: "Anyone who was on board the train and witnesses what happened is asked to contact BTP by sending a text to 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 648 of July 14."
