Cumbria Police are investigating after a Land Rover Freelander was stolen and later found burnt out.
The dark green vehicle was taken from the Tarn Side Farm area of Farlam, near Brampton, between 4pm and 5pm on Monday.
It was found later burnt out on the road between Talkin village and Forest Head.
Police are appealing for information.
Call PC 60 Stuart on 101, quoting log 200 of December 11.
