Police have today issued three separate appeals for help to locate four Carlisle men.

Martin Nicholson, 35, was last seen at a property on Blackwell Place at 6.30pm on Monday.

He is described as a white male, 6ft 4 tall, of stocky build with short blonde hair. He was wearing a black zip-up Nike hoody with black joggers and a black Nike hat. He was also wearing blue Nike trainers.

Also reported missing are Billy Blacklock and Jamie Steele.

The pair, aged 22 and 25 respectively, were last seen together at a property on Charles Street, also at around 6.30pm on Monday.

Mr Blacklock is described as a white male, 5ft 10 tall, of medium build with short dark brown hair. He has tattoos on left and right sides of his neck.

Mr Steele is described as a white male, 6ft tall, of slim build with short dark brown spiked hair.

And, Simon Preece, 39, of Scotby Close, was last seen in Maryport last month.

He was last seen at a property in Edinburgh Road, Maryport on December 20.

He is described as a white male, 6ft 2 tall, of large build with a shaven head.

The News & Star understands that there is no connection between the appeals.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about any of the men's whereabouts to get in touch by calling 101.

Police also ask the men, if they see this appeal, to get in touch to let officers know they are safe and well.
