Plans have been revealed to turn a former car garage into a snooker hall and bar.
Scott McKelvey, of Moresby Parks, has lodged a planning application to Copeland Council for change of use of the B & H Motors garage on High Street in Whitehaven.
In the application it states the proposed opening hours would be between 10am and 11pm and the business would employ six part-time workers, or the equivalent of four full-time.
The car dealership relocated from the building to new premises in Lillyhall earlier this year.
