Person hit by car in Carlisle
A pedestrian was taken to Carlisle's Cumberland Infirmary after being hit by a car in Carlisle.
The incident happened on St Nicholas Street, off London Road, shortly before 3pm.
A spokeswoman for Cumbria police said that no details are known with regards to the vehicle involved.
The pedestrian reported having neck pains but did not suffer any serious injuries.
