A man who used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour against another person had found himself under a night-time curfew.
Jason Lee Davidson, 24, of Cragg Road, Cleator Moor, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court and admitted the public order offence, which happened in Whitehaven on July 27.
Davidson was given a 12-week curfew from 7pm to 7am.
He must also pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
