Man dies after becoming trapped under vehicle
A man has died after becoming trapped underneath a vehicle in Gilsland.
Shortly after 10am today, police were called to an address in the village where a man was reported to be trapped.
Emergency services attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Northumbria Police say a report is being prepared for the coroner.
