A man has been fined after he was caught in charge of a vehicle after drinking alcohol.
Gary Richard Brewster, 39, of Birks Road, Cleator Moor, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington.
He admitted being in charge of a Vauxhall in the car park on Jacktrees Road in the town on July 31 while over the drink-drive limit.
The court heard that Brewster had 55mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
He was fined £320 and told to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.
