Girl sexually assaulted on Carlisle bus
A teenage girl was sexually assaulted on a bus near Carlisle.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
It happened on Friday at about 3.30pm on the number 75 Reays bus from Dalston to Carlisle.
Police said a girl was approached by a teenage boy, who then sexually assaulted her.
Officers are urging anyone who was on the bus and may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
They are particularly keen to speak to the driver of the bus, as well as a female passenger who is believed to have witnessed the incident and spoken to the boy.
