Flimby man charged with possessing a firearm with intent to commit robbery
A man has appeared in court charged with possessing a firearm with intent to commit robbery.
Darrell Eve, 28, of Main Road, Flimby, appeared at Workington Magistrates' Court today (Monday).
He has been charged with carrying an air pistol with intent to commit robbery on Friday, September 22 and possessing an air pistol with intent to cause fear of violence on the same day.
It is also alleged that he harassed Tara Wood, between August 2017 and September 22, 2017, and possessed a quantity of cannabis.
Mr Eve spoke to confirm his name, date of birth and home address. He didn't enter any pleas and will be remanded in custody until his trial at Carlisle Crown Court on October 23.
