Firefighters from Carlisle, Brampton and Longtown have been tackling a barn fire in north Cumbria.
The blaze broke out in the early hours today in a barn on a farm at Bush on Lyne, near Sandysike at Longtown.
Hay was destroyed in the fire.
Fire crews were alerted at around 2.30am.
Firefighters, helped by the farmer, removed hay from the barn using a telescopic handler.
Flames were doused with water from two hose reel jets.
Firefighters spent around an hour and a quarter at the scene.
