Erratic driver hunted after dog walker almost hit by car
Police are hunting an erratic driver after a woman walking her dogs was almost hit by a car in west Cumbria.
The incident happened at about 11.20am on Saturday in South Parade, Seascale.
Officers are hunting the driver of a small red car.
He is described as in his twenties, with dark hair and a beard.
