Cyclist seriously hurt in Carlisle crash
A cyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Carlisle.
It happened at 8.30am today on Kingstown Broadway, in the north of the city.
The crash involved a grey Volkswagen Polo, driven by a 17-year-old male from Carlisle, and a cyclist.
The cyclist was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary with serious injuries.
