A Cumbrian GP spent his holidays on an unusual road trip - supporting the BBC One Show's Children in Need Rickshaw Challenge.
Dr Ross Anderson, 40, of Maryport Health Services, took time off work to act as a medic for the Rickshaw Challenge.
It is the second year he has helped on the project, which was run in the days leading up to Friday's Children in Need programme.
This year the rickshaw and riders travelled from Jedburgh in Scotland to London, a distance of 470 miles.
One Show presenter Matt Baker cycled with the rickshaw, which was once again being pedalled by six young riders, each of whom has been supported by BBC Children in Need funded projects.
Dr Anderson became involved as the team doctor because of his involvement in Across the Divide, an events group that organises different challenges for charity.
This year's challenge included some steep uphill climbs but raised almost £1.5m.
Since starting in 2011, the Rickshaw Challenge has raised more than £12 million for Children in Need.
There is still time to donate £5 to the Rickshaw Challenge. Simply text "team" to 70705. To donate £10, text "team" to 70710.
