A three-car crash caused disruption for motorists on a key road.
The collision happened near Annan on the A75 - a major route linking Dumfries and Galloway to Cumbria.
Police said there were no serious injuries following the crash today - but one lane had to be closed for a time.
It happened at about 11am.
