Police have issued an update on the condition of a man taken to hospital after falling from a second-floor window in Carlisle.
The incident happened on Botchergate on Saturday night.
The man was given emergency first aid at the scene, including CPR, and was rushed to the Cumberland Infirmary.
A spokesman for Cumbria police said that the main remains in a serious but stable condition, having sustained head and leg injuried.
Officers are not treating the incident as suspicious.
