BMW stolen from outside home
A car thief stole a black BMW from a house in Penrith, then twice fled petrol stations without paying.
The BMW 325 was taken from outside a house in Oxford Close between 7pm on Thursday and 3am on Friday.
The driver then drew fuel from two service station s in the Carlisle area - on both occasions leaving without paying.
The suspect is a man in his 20s, wearing a grey hooded top and black baseball cap.
