Arsonists caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage as they attacked a Cumbrian cricket club.
The criminals struck Appleby Cricket Club last night about 9pm.
They have set fire to an outside fire door and wooden cladding.
It is believed the damage will total about £500.
The building is due to be demolished later this summer after it was badly damaged during Storm Desmond in 2015.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them on 101 and quote log reference 237 of June 15.
