A man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving following a crash in Carlisle.
It happened in Wigton Road at 11.30pm last night.
Two cars were involved - a Volkswagen Golf and a BMW. Nobody was hurt.
The road was closed, from McVitie's roundabout, for about an hour.
The driver of the Golf - a19-yr-old from Carlisle area - was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
He remains in police custody.
