Musical must end tomorrow

THEATREGOERS have until tomorrow to see the Workington Amateur Operatic Society’s production of Jekyll and Hyde.
The show, which is being performed at the Carnegie Theatre, has been described as the society’s most lavish production yet.
It is the first time an amateur group is staging the musical version in the area.
The lead role of Dr Jekyll and alter ego Mr Hyde will be played by Tony McGee.
Playing opposite him is Keri Farish, from Maryport, and also taking part are Tex Houghton, Louise Robinson, Norman Brayton, Graham Hawley, Janet Whitehead and Gareth Douglas Brown.
Performances are at 7.15pm each evening and tickets are £9.
