Cumbrian motorcyclist killed in A595 crash

A man died after a motorbike and car crashed near Egremont.
Stephen Sharp, 52, from Millom, died at the scene at the Blackbeck Inn after his bike collided with a car from the Manchester area at 7.40pm last night.
The driver was taken to hospital in Whitehaven with serious injuries.
Mr Sharp's family paid tribute to a man who was 'the life and soul of the party.' They said he would be sadly missed, particularly by his daughter and extensive friends around the county.
Witnesses are asked to contact police on 101.
