A self-employed dressmaker, she did her training with at Carlisle’s prestige tailors, Joseph Seminara.

Credit crunch poses risk to pantomimes - oh yes it does!

On New Year's Day, there was only one place my family went when I was a child, and that was the pantomime. The Border Television pantos were great to do as well. We used to go out filming clips in the streets (which were later inserted into the panto) and the look on shoppers’ faces in Carlisle at our antics was a picture!
