‘Eat less – move more’

WHITEHAVEN pupils will be learning about how to be fit and healthy through a healthy living roadshow.
CFM radio presenter Robbie Dee will be visiting five schools across the county – including Jericho Primary School – to spread the Change4life message: eat less, move more.
The youngsters will be told about the importance of staying healthy with ideas about how they can get their five a day of fruit and vegetables and fun ways to keep active.
T-shirts, pedometers and prizes will also be handed out to remind them how important being healthy is.
The roadshow will visit on Jericho Primary School, Whitehaven, on Wednesday, November 4. The events will follow on from an eight-week Change4life CFM campaign.
The roadshow is a collaboration between NHS Cumbria, Cumbria Sport, Carlisle Leisure and CFM.
