Celtic Nation sign new goalkeeper

Celtic Nation have signed Alfreton keeper Daniel Lawson, 24, to bring their pre-season signing spree to six players, ahead of tonight’s friendly with a Carlisle United youth side at Gretna, (6.45pm ko).

Over the weekend central-midfielder Chris Gate, 27, and utility player Craig Baxter, 27, put open to paper. They are both former Gateshead players. All three players will go into the squad tonight.

Northern League Division One outfit Celtic Nation, formerly Gillford Park, beat Annan 2-1 last Friday, and will be looking to give United a run for their money tonight.
