Tony Little, Regional Sales Manager Newsquest East and North London, is pleased to confirm that Jocelyn Ponting has been appointed to the role of Motors Manager for East and North London, and joins us on the 5th February.
Jocelyn brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked in management for a number of regional publishers and has specific knowledge of the motors market.
Ian Steel, Advertisement Manager, has previously worked with Jocelyn whilst at the Archant's Herald Series in Essex/Stortford, where she did a fantastic job in helping to relaunch the paper. Ian and Jocelyn also worked together at Herts and Essex Newspaper, where Jocelyn was the ROP Manager on the Bishops Stortford Observer.
An interesting fact about the new Motors Manager is that her father was one of the inventors of the Triple A Battery, and she used to represent England in the UK netball team.
We look forward to giving her a warm welcome to Newsquest when she starts next week.
