Carlisle Utd draw Preston in JPT

Carlisle United have been handed a home tie against derby rivals Preston in the first round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
Greg Abbott's Blues, winners of the trophy in 2011, will begin their bid for glory with a Brunton Park test against Graham Westley's revamped side.
The two teams drew 3-3 at Deepdale last season before playing out a goalless draw at Carlisle.
The northern section first round tie is likely to be played on Tuesday, September 4.
