KNOWN for his odd comments and side splitting stories, comedian Paul Foot will head to the county later this month.

In Paul's first new show in two years, Professor Ketchup and his camembert piglet join forces as he tackles the big issues such as terrorism, Ant 'n' Dec, immigration, X-Factor and breakfast.

The multi-award winning Mr Foot has appeared on numerous TV and Radio programmes including Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Would I Lie To You, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, If Katie Hopkins Ruled The World, Russell Howard’s Good News and The Infinite Monkey Cage on BBC Radio 4.

Paul is a BBC New Comedy Award and Daily Telegraph Open Mike winner, has been nominated twice for a Barry at The Melbourne International Comedy Festival and was voted Best of The Fest and Best International Act at the 2013 Sydney and Perth Comedy Festivals respectively .

He discovered his natural talent in comedy back when he was 16, and his first shot as a stand-up comedian was in a student cellar bar in Oxford, where he stepped on the stage without any prepared material, and just ad-libbed his piece through the audiences’ answers to his silly questions.

Since then, he has devoted his time trying to make a name in the world of stand-up comedy.

He made his name as one of the finalists of the Last Comic Standing, a reality talent show on NBC searching for the funniest and wackiest stand-up comedian in the country.

Paul Foot will perform at the Old Fire Station on Friday October 13

Tickets are available from the box office
