There have been reports of panic buying and price hikes at petrol stations due the closure of the Grangemouth oil refinery due to a strike over pensions
No, I did fill up before the weekend because I needed to rather than panic buying.

I think it will take a while for things to get back to normal in Scotland. I did see people queuing at a petrol station this morning but that might just have been normal.
